Ok, so the girl will be adoted by mc or she will be a coleteral damage? and who is the dad? Divorce in that time don't exist or was view as something worse than a affair so i'm guessing the dad died or something similiar.

Truly heartbreaking that our protagonist was born out of rape. She's not currently aware of that; but all the more reason to destroy that family for the sheer amount of suffering they have caused her and her mother.
I do think Ayame is going to end up "saved" by Haruhi. Ayame sorta represents her as a child, in a way - an innocent victim in the games played by her mother Nadeshiko. I could see a line where Haruhi tries very hard not to develop any actual attachment, wanting to use Ayame to destroy Nadeshiko; but with the reveal that Nadeshiko doesn't actually care for/about her daughter, I think Haruhi will instead work toward turning Ayame against her mother and the rest of the Toudou family, and then perhaps ultimately "save" her and raise Ayame as her own daughter, or something.

I do wonder if Haruhi will go full Scorched Earth on them all, though. Ouichiro also seems rather blameless in all of this, and he tried to help Haruhi in the past in some small way, at least to the degree he could do anything. Clearly the patriarch -- being Haruhi's father -- poses an interesting wrinkle in all of this, but there might be more allies for our MC within that family that would first seem apparent.

Looking forward to seeing if her old crush recognizes her or not, and what comes of this fateful reunion.

No, Shinnosuke was never in a relationship with Nadeshiko. (Middle of chapter 3, Shinnosuke rejects the marriage offer from the Toudou patriarch, then there is a timeskip)

Ayame is the daughter of Nadeshiko's ex-husband. She's divorced. (Like two pages later in the same chapter Nadeshiko's mother says that "Aoyama-sama" divorced her. And Ayame is not the child of "the man she loves")
