I am still absolutely confused about these two characters. Are the wolf and lady both counted as Ormasior? Or is it only one of them? Or actually none of them and its just a stupid coincidence?
There are no anwsers to give, this whole visit was just showing off without any point to it. The woman seems to be seperate from the wolf personality-wise, but that's about it. Oh, and she REALLY seems to have it out for Valvert for whatever reason.

the missing subtext is just a surprised sound by Kazura after hearing the wolf's voice

Dozens of chapters and we're still in the dark, huh.
Oh well, at least it's sort of clear that they're allies.

I think the wolf is Ormasior and the woman is the person that visited the world from the Japan-side of the gate in the past.
In an earlier chapter the MC buried her remains after he found them in the forest that hides the portal, so she's repaying him for it.
