Isn't that sort of fooling around at school not allowed, either?

Seriously though, is going straight home after school being a rule really exist in Japanese schools? Does anybody follow them?
pretty sure it's more of a "you can't go out in school uniform" since students hanging out in places and making trouble while in uniform could potentially make the school lose face.

idk if anyone follows that rule tho

At this point, it's provocation. Hell, some might call it an interesting form of BDSM.

Probably? There's no smoke if there's no fire.

K-drama showing power problems in their family and bullies (based on history and daily life of students)

Philippine have a lot of corrupt political shows (because there is)

Japan (being low crime rates)but have kids alarm because of rising lolicons, the fact that they have shibuya and other places ... and mangas content with kids fooling inside the school premises... not impossible but probably low.

I mean... I heard my teacher talks about guilty kids countless times and it's In my country alone (I don't know about the others)
