If you mean scanlated chapters, it's a mix of licensing and the plebs not knowing what's good.

If you mean the series themselves, it's because most things that get too long lose their initial quality as the author loses control and starts churning out chapters just to keep the thing going. Of course there are exceptions, my favourite webtoon is 387 chapters long.

You don't. This series is episodic and there's no connection among the stories. But the first season was licensed by Webtoons English, you can read the rest there.

It's frustrating seeing an idea I like or just earned I like get 1-2 ch. then barely updated meanwhile some generic cultivation manhua is easily gets a 20 ch. mass update at start.
