There's a note the very next page after that line referring back to chapter 1.


Rereading chapter 1, it's noteworthy that it says the festival only happens every 12 years on page 19.
Seems it was retconed or I missed some line in this chapter about needing the festival again. Yep, pg.30 "with the revival of the spirit, energy is needed."
Neat to see continuity despite it being ecchi/smut.
