A lot to unpack here! The symbolism is nice, but woe for the kid named Alexandrite in his daily life ;(. I feel that Rite being a boy doesn't add that much, his story was tragic enough with or without the gender reveal, but it does aid the idea of the two souls coming together in one body. I wonder if this resulting child will feel more whole than either of them, or will he just live a happier life? All in all this was a nice story, with some banger art.
