honestly i have no idea whats going on, i havent caught up with the lore. there is no actual relationship progress in these chapters so i wouldnt hold out too much hope that there will be a satisfying conclusion, maybe you just gotta head cannon it.

Supposedly it was gonna get physical release, some say chinese government didn't allow it, some people say it's not true cause there's a lot of gay stuff in China, sure, but they're all digital, makes one wonder, it is too much of a coincidence that it died after possible physical release.

Either way better just assume it'll never get plot again, much less be more explicitly yuri, you can as easily see them as just friends nowaways

Gay content isn't illegal in China, but pornographic/"obscene" content is, and of course any time you have a subjective standard like that bigotry leads to unequal enforcement. But considering Tamen de Gushi content, it's pretty safe to assume it was the publisher's standards and not directly government enforced censorship.
