My Mother's a Superstar is another Chinese yuri manga that has a ton of ad strips like this, mostly for cosmetics. I guess it's just a common thing in the Chinese comics scene? I don't think I've seen the equivalent in manga or manwha.

There's a lot of good contenders nowadays, especially lightweight Android OS models like Samsung. I like the tradeoffs of my heavy iPad Pro (home) and Galaxy Fold (sketch outside) but I wouldn't gift either when a cheap Asus could work well nowadays.

...I'd much prefer yuri though. Debating unsubscribing from the manhua unless it manifests some gayness or ongoing plot.

What‘s with Chinese comics and having those weird ads? Nan Hao & Shang Feng is doing it too. Are they being paid so poorly? Or is their dictatorship forcing them to advertise Chinese products?
