A masterpiece. The dark psych of it really worth the read. Be ready with the rollercoaster of emotions ride.

Though the ending might trigger your greediness for a better one but I really think it should end that way rather than the events that will take place in the future. I prefer the ending.

10/10.

Completely disagree with most people here.
Art was subpar (standard korean webtoon 3d scenes flattened to 2d with only characters drawn well). The story was very... fantasy soap opera-ish. I can see this being adapted to a mildly successful sci-fi channel-show/korean drama that you can find on netflix that is mostly notable for having 1 k-pop star in cast.
All in all- the cover image conveys the type of the story it is. Melodramatic alt-history period piece, with functional art.

A solid B-tier series. Tropey as hell, but the protagonist being an S+ level hater was constantly amusing. The idea of a possessive noblewoman/loving maid couple but the maid secretly hates her guts is SOOOOO funny that I couldn't stop reading it. Even if it eventually reaches more cliche territory and ditches a lot of what made it great, the series as a whole is still an enjoyable enough ride that I'd say it's worth going along with. Would recommend.

to this day I still think this is one of the best written romances I've ever read. I seriously enjoyed this book and have reread multiple times to make sure I get the full taste of the book, when I read this for the first time (about 4 years ago) I had my doubts but, damn this book really was worth the read. I recommend to anyone considering it.
