man, i really like taming and make them stronger. but god why they must add SYSTEM bs. it make the progress become so lazy

We probably would need to add harem tag here, no joke.
Idk what's wrong with cn manhua, they like a show-off MC too much. It'll be much better if they tone down the showing-off parts, it's getting unbearable.
Other than that, I don't have much to complain. I like the premise, and translation quality is as expected of Drake Scans.

5/10, its kinda mid...


The premise is fine but the insane amounts of asspulls the system gives him is crazy.
It also seems to have been axed as chapter 44 is a terrible ending at best.

And there are also quite a few questionable plot points that make me want to rip my hair out.
The biggest ones for me are :

Spoiler: Press F to pay respect

MC's first Pet who supposedly is "useless" and can't evolve.
( despite there being other undead-type pets who can??? )

Instantly ends up being super OP and can beat some of the strongest monsters we have seen in the manga after 1 evolution...
( That MC gets instantly for free when unlocking the system with no work or investment in the first few chapters of the story. )
Despite the manga gaslighting us into thinking it still is a low-tier undead who can evolve multiple times.
Just that nobody knows how to do it which the system tells him.

And another thing that makes me want to question life is MC's 2nd pet.
It is a "Phoenix" that MC got "randomly" from hatching an egg while travelling to a school named after the vermilion bird.
( if you know you know.... )

But the "Phoenix" lacks the rebirth ability.
But whoop dee doo!
What do you know?!?!

MC got a magic McGuffin a few chapters earlier that can give any pet he wants the rebirth ability.
So ofc he gives it to his newest pet instead of his immortal tank pet /zombie waifu who has multiple tanking abilities.

And doing that " just so happens " to have a previous unknown synergy and make the rebirth ability even better ?!?!
(also it was never used once in the manga so it never matters anyway )

There are more, but I'm not going to go into all of them...
It could have been a good manga, but as it stands I can't really recommend it unless you want some filler manga to read.

well it depends on what you consider "average" i guess?
I am abit of a trash panda, so i might be abit generous with my ratings.
