I thought that was a deliberate artistical choice. We lost consciousness together with Emma and woke up together with her, since chapter 11 was marked as a full chapter and said on the last page that it would continue with chapter 12. Unless you have a RAW I'd just think that was how it went all along. From what was said in chapter 11 it was clear what happened in between anyway.

More stuff happened on that missing chapter other than the defeat of the slime and she held up until the end so it's going feel like something is missing if it were to be brought up again later.

Luckily it's her injuries that are being brought up again so there won't be any much issues for now.
