I know there was a 'hero' summoned by idk if we saw his stats

maybe it's also in an 'exponential' like his other stuff like 2.71 might be like, over 200 dragons slayed or so

No he got 0.51 from killing just one.
I thought the score of his dragonslayer was about how much his stats are multiplied, but that doesn't seem to be the case either.

Maybe theyre getting some kind of ongoing buff from being in Tanaka's party which makes them 100 times stronger or something?

As for the dragons, I would imagine that the level progress in dragon slayer scales with the power of the dragon, so the first one Tanaka killed was a big deal, but these ones are all brainwashed and were weak enough to be captured in the first place, so maybe they contribute less to the skill...
