In a way that's a very realistic way to end it - both characters like each other but are too shy and insecure to make any sort of move, so nothing happens...

However, let's be honest, that wasn't the intent. It's clear the author just gave up and this is all there is. He could have turned this into a proper ending if this is how he wanted to end it, but he hasn't, it feels like it ended on just another chapter rather than 'the last chapter', and therefore it's a garbo ending.

Hopefully he'll pick it back up and give it a proper send-off, but that's doubtful.

More than a completed title, this looks like an "on hiatus" manga. Let's hope the author want to resume the story someday.
I enjoyed this title, so I'm not gonna trash it, though it hurts...

Yeah I probably would've marked it as Hiatus myself. Sometimes things like this are even left on Ongoing, since we want Hiatus and Completed to be official statuses, rather than (in some cases undeniable) presumptions.
