I think Tapas did only 70 Chapters before it was ex-licensed but Manta took it up and did it, so you can read further here

Ex-licenses's series means those series which a publisher has lost the rights to publish on their domain.

As I wrote for the "Blue Wing" manhwa where it turns out that "Tapas (Ex-Licenses)" is re-uploding the series from the beginning, I hope it does not stop until chapter 442 (equal to chapter 139) but continues beyond that by bringing the work to completion (up to chapter 156).

Tapas is the official publishing company that published "Blue Wings" and they only did the translations till Chapter 448 and only 442 Chapters are freely available on the net that I could find, If you could refer me to 443-448 that would be a great help.

You could try and request continuation of the translation in some fan groups that might help...
