Again, it was Yuuko shenanigans all along.
I can feel the ending, since Yuuko is obviously dead not like she will reanimate her dried up corpse by jumping in, Teiichi will die joining her for eternity or Yuuko goes to afterlife and Teiichi will move on with her memory in his heart... either way, feels.
