On page 23, in the middle panel, there is a bubble with repeated dialogue.
Combined with the long waits and the story stalling itself, i get why people would think this is boring, the first half was amazing, but after the Turtle arc, its quality is diminishing. I'm gonna trust my gut and continue reading.
Honestly I'm still liking the story, as long as it doesn't turn too trashy or ridicolous I'll keep reading!
I actually find the theme of different heroes from different worlds clashing with one another quite interesting, with all their respective moral dilemma, the different characters are very likeable and interesting (tbh, I like the four other Heroes more than our 3 old douchebags heroes but that's the way the manga went from the start).
This doesn't mean I didn't feel the turtle arc being weak, I liked the story overall but it probably slowed the pace way more than necessary, I have no clue how that progressed in the LN or WN since I haven't read those yet but that slow pace combined with the manga being a monthly serialization surely killed many readers enthusiasm.
Still, from this chapter looks like they're starting to wrap things up nicely, so I think it's fine imho.
"It's fragile!"
Just reach level 99 and beat the final boss' final form in the final room with the final weapons behind the final puzzle behind the final door etc etc etc. If all things are not done, we loop back to level 1.
Totally fragile.
The msg says Heroes can't travel to other worlds so it means that the labyrinth is in both worlds at the same time and they never left their dimension to begin with.
"A holy weapon you can't fight humans with? She's just like me..."
I think there's quite a few people who would disagree with that statement.
At the top of that list is a (former) head priest. Though, I think it's pretty hard for him to disagree at the moment.

As was mentioned, this must be LN content. It is radically diverged from the WN (which I have read), so I'm finding it pretty interesting to see where this all leads. The WN premise (that they haven't even scratched the surface of) was already interesting enough. Despite lacking the current arc, I think the WN is still very well worth reading.
There is a partially translated WN here - https://www.novelupdates.com/series/dimension-wave/
And that contains Kitsuna as the MC, but also Glass. The MC is supposed to be "playing" what is supposed to be some new VR tech game that lets you experience another world - a whole year worth of it in 2 days IRL time. They spend it in a pod basically. The person behind Kitsuna is supposed to be male, except his sisters changed his data before he went in, and turned him into a girl. The "waves" are major in-game events to them. They haven't learned otherwise as far as I've read up. It doesn't tie into the WN but must tie to the LN instead. I don't know how things tie in but there is a malicious factor behind this. The 3 weapon heroes all played similar games. And those games "prepared" them for this world in the worst way.
If you really want to know what the wave is, and who is behind it. If you want to click major spoilers -
There is a beautiful but malicious goddess behind everything. Mein/Bitch is an aspect of said goddess. The waves are a result of merging worlds. Loosing the waves more or less means your world getting merged into the other. For that world it is death, although the inhabitants can live on in the other world. The world the story takes place in, this has already happened once. Demi-humans didn't used to exist in that world. So why merge worlds? It creates a stronger world. After enough mergers, it would be strong enough for the Goddess to descend... and devour all life in an instant if she chooses. Though that's not enough for her, as she has a particularly nasty personality.
There are guardian spirits behind those holy weapons. They of course are trying to save their world. They can to a degree bend causality, thus giving the heroes those powers. 2 of them (the bow and the shield) came from the world that merged into the one they're now in. Besides the 4, there are vassal weapons too - called the 7 star weapons (Fitoria has the 8th). Trash actually has one, although it no longer listens to him as he has become unworthy of it. And the spirit beasts - here is a major difference from the WN. The Turtle was not being controlled, and was trying to kill a great many people/monsters/whatever. By sacrificing a large percentage of the world's population, they could have stopped the waves. Killing countless to save the world. it was released by the 3 weapon heroes - because defeating it was an event in the games they played and would get worse if they waited. The heroes of the past sealed (instead of killing) it to keep it as a last resort. The current heroes having been conditioned to destroy it instead.
There are also enemies in the world they don't yet know of. Reincarnators from other worlds. This I think is the most interesting twist of isekai tropes. That malicious goddess asked them to "be reborn in another world to save it" etc. They are just pawns being manipulated into destroying the world instead. You even have the trope of the guy who everything thinks is a genius, gaining power and followers who thinks he's so great, using his otherworldly knowledge, etc - and he's a giant POS who kills a lot of people (including some major ones) while thinking he's justice/saving the world/and all that garbage.
Also there is another related WN I haven't read - A World Without Life. But I can guess how that fits in.

Honestly I think the Spirit Turtle arc was way better in the WN, but this leads to something very different that the WN didn't have.
The other "heroes" will eventually experience character development. They haven't hit rock bottom yet. Much later on, I tend to like them with the spear hero being especially amusing. Even Trash gets better later on. Regarding the slow release pace of the manga, yeah I'd recommend reading the WN. I'd recommend the LN instead if that was free to read. I might go ahead and pay for the LN myself though, having already read the WN.

Oh no, no... the story isn't even close to done. But the best parts are yet to come. Indeed many of the better characters haven't even been introduced yet.
