It’s been a while seeing Naofumi’s outburst for the right cause. I always appreciate characters who just cut the rope and say what needs to be said but showing the actual emotions and body languages can sometimes make or a break a character’s statement. Usually Naofumi’s been very stoic but whenever he’s pissed (not necessarily at the person but because of what needs to be done), I always enjoy seeing him going “no-nonsense” mode.
Orphan raised by Gaelion, then was sold into slavery by the village nearby when they went to loot the dead dragon's lair. To make it worse, the dragon had been living there for years and didn't cause any trouble, so he died because Ren didn't care to investigate the situation and actually figure out what's going on.
For someone who's so useless and freeloader, the Valley girl sure is like to bitch and demand a lot. No amount of sob story gonna justify her being a bitch and annoying.

That said, I don't mind because I hate her character by now. I don't think a hard/bad background is reason to turn your brain off and be as loathsome a person as you can manage; even Raphtalia had it bad, and didn't manage to be anywhere near as much of a pain as this valley girl is.
Worst thing about it is that, through the author's pen, her stupidity has been encouraged in no small way: Ren--however involved--gave her validation and approval of her purely emotional and totally brainless behavior by letting her take out those emotions on him; it's the exact opposite of what Naofumi would have done (as he keep slave crests on all of the kids), and you can see what would be the logical result--even if the author chooses not to depict it: when you encourage a child's (egregious) misbehavior, it doesn't just magically stop.
