@Ochrolv If you know Japanese, then in visual novels there is a kind of subgenre "fake yuri", where the protagonist is a crossdresser male and the plot semi-seriously repeats various all-female tropes. This theme is quite popular, but for some reason, all the animes on this subject have been non-ecchi melodrama up to this moment.
Of course the gyaru knew. I mean, come on, we all know teasing-type gyarus have special senses for detecting easy-to-tease people. It makes perfect manga logic.
@Ochrolv +1 to the serialised version - the first obvious thing is what happens as school the next day. I can see him paranoid about her blackmailing him, and her just wanting hang out with him to tease him regardless of how he's dressed, so running with that premise that they end up together all the time thinking totally different things, you get the usual misunderstandings blowing out of proportion and the sky is the limit for future romcom shenanigans!
Pardon me, I have been struck with the urge to do some...research regarding these two character archetypes and certain specific scenarios that they would be entangled in. Good day to ladies and gentlemen.
@SuperOniichan Sadly I don't know really know Japanese except from what I commonly hear when watching anime. I would hope there will be an anime like that someday cause I mean if Ishuzoku Reviewers got adapted then why not? @smashman42 I would read that as along as it doesn't have bad pacing or end in a train wreck.
@Ochrolv Well, you can always get Strawberry Eggs - an ironic satire on third wave feminists and OtoBoku - MariMite with a male MC. But both of these titles are far from ecchi romcom.
