100%. It's already been established that they retain some semblance of memories from the time they're hypnotized the longer they're under its influence; and Aisaka's become proactive in getting involved with him even while not actively being hypnotized.
Eventually, they'll probably end up more or less immune to the hypnosis, but they'll be so smitten with him that they won't really care. Same thing happened in Sex & Dungeon; main difference between the two, really, is that the MC there actually went all the way and became a full on rapist (somehow, it still ends up kinda heartwarming in the end).

tbf, it'd be out of character for the premise of yhis series. cause do remember he started off actually doing the hypno app thing before seeing the abuse bruises. Would be cool if he starts changing as a person tho.

Funnily enough, that exact thing happened in Sex & Dungeon, a manga with a vaguely similar premise; one of the girls was suspicious of the MC and how he was magically changing her friend's opinion of him, so she baited him into her room, where she had a hidden camera set up to catch him.

It's been awhile since I've read the series, so my memory's a little spotty, but the MC was using straight up magical items he gained in the eponymous dungeon; as I remember it, they screwed with the recording to make it appear as if he was just putting something in her drink. She confronted him about it and he responded with a combination of items:
- A wristband that increases sensitivity.
- An umbrella that increases romantic feelings of those under it towards the user.
- An hourglass that freezes time (or just a person's perception of it? I don't remember).

Yes page 6 made that very clear it's relating to how the first waifu also had similar experience.
She also wants to be close to him even when not under hypnosis and when he first approached second waifu, 1st had a jealous look. Of course they get along very well now

Yeah I remember that one it was a long time ago and that one used all kinds of things together had and have his way with them including ra* them against their will using the various tools. Of course they developed feelings for him later
