Definitely a siren. Both the iso-onna and siren are associated with danger and luring sailors to their end. They also share a theme of seduction through beauty/seduction or song

Yeah, there is no such thing as to long hair. Well I could admit that hair long enough to drag on the ground is a bit to much, but then you can braid it if its not to long such that even braided it would drag on the ground. Personally I am not to fond of to long crotch hair , dislike ass hair, or armpit hair - so in those department to long could be a thing. But then again the manga is about her head hair so its a moot off topic by me.
