Well it is a helpful loop for him, since since farming the golden cherries helps him in his current life as well as ordering exclusive food he can’t get in a local tavern unless he like “reinvents”/sells the recipe to make fries or so lol

I've read about 120ch of the WN, does it get good? Also, the WN is completely MTL, gender and characters get mixed up, sometimes paragraphs are repeated, probably 0 curation.

Okay, MC is a guy in his 40s or something, he's got a second chance at life, becomes REALLY OP but finds everything annoying, unless there's a woman involved he's got literal no backbone, he's only sucessful because he manages to acquire/steal some soft skills like intimidation, charisma, courtship, so he's in autopilot. There are very few moments of him being actually resolute but the author personality seeps through and becomes an insufferable manchild soon after.
Worldbuilding is ---ok---, I'd enjoy it more if the WN was properly translated.

Every pre 2010 gamer dream. Now ? Not really, i hope they don't put co-op or multiplayer so that they would invest more time in quality experience rather than butcher solo playstyle to accommodate multiplayer or co-op.

Sad state. When i was in school i wanted almost every game to feature some sort of multiplayer (because i didn't know better, everything seemed better with friends and there were not a lot of multiplayer games or MMO's). Now? Like you said almost every game focuses on multiplayer and even if it was primarily single somehow they transformed it to half-half(or 2/3) (and solo quality dropped a lot).
As for milking? Don't go too far, we have ubisoft with their stores even for single player games. They removed some interesting features for Assassins Creed only to accommodate their online store better.
Some game companies are returning to single player games but they create their in-game stores. Like that shit was seen during major sprouting of free mobile games, you get a free game with adverts and/or option to pay them to stop adverts or but some stuff. Now you pay for a full game + if you wish to pay more for some cosmetics or "cool" stuff.
