Exactly. She and the MC are pretty much the Rule 63 versions of each other. They're both lazy indulgent idiots with no qualms about using the people of their domain. The main difference is that her luck came early (has attack magic, inherited a seaside resort) whereas the MC's luck came later in the form of plot armour.
