Wasn't this chapter released a few months ago by someone else? Guess it must have been deleted or I'm just thinking of something else because I don't think this was off for two years.

And yeah this is the manga where the guy ended up stealing the spotlight from the main heroine in the end, though she still pops up here and there for her own chapter. Guess the author figured sticking to the doujin's MC was the better of the two.

The implication here was that those chapters were actually translated, which they were not. For the first time in years we now have actual translations. If you want work done by google lens you can do it yourself.
