I mean, this is an Isekai, with its own natural laws and physics.
Do you really expect of nature to create a gene-pool issue in such a world were make population is limited to just one race with low population. Though it is said the exact male-to-female ratio is in this world, but considering a group of 200 Orc Women targetted only one male, i would say that the overall gender-ratio would be even less than 1:10 (aka, 1 male per 10 female).
In such case, nature would make it so that any gene disorder wouldn't get passed on to the children. Basically adaptability of humanoid beings to better facilitate continuation of each race.

And according to this post, the chance of any gene disorder passing between two Half-siblings is like 9%. And only further continuous inbreeding within similar gene pool could cause increase in chance of any issue to occur in future generation. And it's never a 100% chance either.
Some countries already allow Half-siblings to marry each other, that already suggest that the gene issue isn't that big.

While I'll write it off because it's fiction, the world building is still pretty dumb and nonsensical.
So basically humans are the only species that have men, meaning EVERY other species is reliant on humans to survive. Add to this that every species apparently outnumbers humans, and that means they're extraordinarily reliant on the humans... and yet humans seem to be disrespected? You'd think humans would basically be treated, women as well, in the most careful and courteous manner.
Yeah, men are needed to breed the other species, but the human women are needed to breed those men, thus making them of the highest importance to all other species as well. So I'm not sure why the humans aren't treated in a sort of reverent way, since they're the linchpin for apparently the survival of EVERY civilization and species out there.

Speaking of, how are some species alive? Take the elves that were just mentioned, for example; If humans, and men especially, are so rare... how are the isolationist elves getting any to keep their people and culture alive?

So while I think there would still be opposition to men joining the military and becoming knights, the disrespect shown to him and the prime minister couldn't possibly happen in such world, were it to exist. Nor do I understand how such a world could sustain itself when humans are out numbered, yet needed for the survival of everybody.

I feel like the author hasn't thought it all through; Humans should have probably been the most populace species, and every other species should probably be seeing to it that humans are kept in high numbers. It'd be most logical if every marriage required one human wife to ensure more human children.

... Anyway, I'm overthinking what is essentially fap bait, haha.

Also, this series is totally a copy of that over Chasity Reversed Knight series. Not that I mind this current trend, "keep 'em coming" I say.

All things reversed aside, I wonder how this world even exists.

I mean, the population for reproductive male is low (being just presumably half of a race that is already small to begin with).
Yet, the female population in all other races are high (humans being the least in number and every other races are 100% female).

Either these races reproduce in ways other than sex, or the males in this world are just beasts who can have sex for days on end.
(Human males are kidnapped for reproduction, but the chances are low for human female will defend them. Unless the captured males can keep producing for a long time, no matter how fast the female reproduction is, it's not going to keep up.)

That is not mentioning the pregnancy period would make the females unable to move around in battles. Then the period right after giving birth is also not easy. And female bodies often go through a lot of change and in some cases, deterioration, after giving birth.

It's not for no reason that males who do not keep and feed the infants would start going out for hunting and wars while women stay back and take care of the younglings. So unless the females here are the ones giving sperm and males are the ones with breasts and uteruses, it would not make sense. Which, is just male and female changing place in name only.

I really need to shut my brain down.
