The first chapter isn't bad despite the fast pace, and may turn out to be a moderately fun harem manga. That said, yeah, it's a "teisou gyakuten" manga which takes way more inspiration from Infinite Stratos than the actual OG Teisou Gyakuten Sekai. At least, judging from chapter 1. It's a story of a world where all men have low status besides the MC and don't enter women's eyes, and [probably soon] women come onto him constantly.

Women constantly raping men and being sexually aggressive doesn't relate to "sexual modesty" because the modesty has been completely thrown out.
