I recall this was better handled in the WN. The princess is in an actual battle, that they manage to struggle through, but when her aid is killed saving the the princess' life, the princess goes hulk mode and starts killing a bunch of the enemies and finally steels herself.
This feels weak in comparison - she lost her solider and friend from a single remaining combatant, like she snatched defeat from the jaws of victory.

Did the manga change? Because I don't remember reading a manga about a world ruled by women, I remember it was Virgin Knight: I Became the frontier lord in a World Ruled by women.

Where the hell is the MC? It's been a few chapters since I last saw a glimpse of him, maybe the author forgot about him.

Honestly I like the focus being on Valerie more, I do like the the guy but I feel like Valerie was supposed to be the mc the whole time. Just my thoughts tho, I’m just enjoying this

Another great story absolutely handicapped by the fact no one wanted to translate it, thank god sand whoever commissioned this. I was dying to find out the real cause of this uprising but by this point the original fans might just forgot all about it before it is even close to being resolved. The whole "Caroline randomly going rogue" excuse sounds like horseshit and i really wanted to know if she was set up or not, but this might actually finish AFTER GTA6

Not gonna lie when I read the forum comment for this chapter so I can read an explanation on things I might have missed, I was kinda disappointed that everyone was just bitching on things they didn't understand.

There was barely anyone talking about explaining why and how, which im still not fairly sure on.

Can any WN readers explain exactly why Caroline did the things she did and what exactly happened to her daughter?

Polidoro is the only one that gets shit done in that whole army, they really are a group of incompetents

The fact that we get one chapter per year doesn't helps, but did Hana got killed by one of the boys they rescued? apparently people in the comments are saying that he was a squire for Caroline, but hardly remember her having a squire at all, in fact he looked like one of the hostages being used to have Polidoro surrender

But Zabine refers to the "boy" as a she, the missing driver she was looking for last chapter, but if the boy which had a crossbow, was a she, why didn't they just disarm her? in fact even if it was a boy, didn't they took the crossbow after they found him in the first place

I get it that they are all incompetent and a loser failure poop sham of an army meant to fail from the start, but this is kind of nonsensical levels of incompetence to not even bother and secure the weapons around

Same thoughts. I had no idea who the crossbow guy was and was wondering why they didn't disarm them back in Ch 12.1. Zabine mentioning a missing body after they show the crossbow guy and before the one-eye bitch was also confusing. Just poor story composition.

You know as much as I don't like the tonal whiplash this manga gives me I can look past it because it's still a good read. The more insufferable part comes from all the people telling people in the comments that "The only reason you wouldn't like it is because you're too much of a dirty unwashed pleb to understand the deep and rich storytelling that can only be enjoyed by INTELLIGENT people like myself" Come off your high horse people
