It's very clearly meant to be Dekkarian.

デッカイ (dekkai) is "huge/big"
Adding more ッ is similar to stretching out the word, so デッッッカイ is kinda like saying HUUUUGE in English.
My guess is that the title is meant to be a portmanteau of デッカイ and エイリアン (huge and alien)
