Blasting heavy metal/ metal core/ any kind of hard rock at them at the next red light while making unbroken eye contact with them and maybe throw in some slight head bangs is the best course of action. I've done this a couple times before and it made the other party visibly uncomfortable.

I drive with big douche bag RayBan Aviators on, so all they get to see is their own reflection in my sunglasses as I stare at them. I'm well aware I don't look like the kind of person who listens to that kind of music either, so I assume it adds to the confusion and awkwardness of the situation.
at full blast too personally i love it when people ask me to put music on when we're driving cause the look on their faces afterwards is priceless it also doesnt help that i drive at 80 to 90 mph on a regular basis 
like, 75 fahrenheit but just enough humidity to make it an uncomfortable feeling warmth.
