As i am writing this, i am around 1m 84cm tall with a weight around 70kg.

Due to various circumstances, I don't do any sports at all (maybe be walking around and stuff but other than that.... meh).
And with some bad habits i got when living alone at university, i often tend to skip breakfast and lunches.

But now that i am out of those, I am currently trying to maintain this ratio by correctly respecting breakfast/lunches and cooking everything on my own.
And since here, veggies and fruits are cheap. I think this is something I easily can do.

I currently got an objective of maintaining a good health balance but it is easier said than done.

One of the problem is that, i have now is my sleeping habit which got worse since this year started. I need to fix it but it is kinda hard to do.

I found two things to be true - there was no point trying to quit until I was committed, and once I did quit weight gain followed (though not to an excessive degree).
I managed to quit for a decent amount of time about a year ago, but then I started getting nosebleeds all the time (yes, I used a vape) and had to get my nose cauterized, so I went back to smoking. I was going to try using those zyn nicotine pouches, but they banned all the flavors other than mint.

Oh, a thread I can contribute to!

I'm an average 1.78m, 75kg dude. That's 5.8', 165lbs in freedom units.
A few years back I was watching Kengan Ashura on Netflix and thought to myself "ah why the heck not, let's start exercising". I started with running low distances every week. Then once I got into it I signed up for a gym for the first time. My Eastern European genes blessed me with good metabolism and offsetted it with pretty rapid balding. Shaved my head completely and begun working out 3 times a week with occasional running sessions, got into more healthy diets (I still crave cup noodles from time to time lol) and that's how my addiction started so to say. Now I can't live a week without some form of physical activity. If I don't do something I'll feel like a turd (thanks seditary lifestyle).

Fast forward to today I can do 10k in under an hour if I push and my strength progress is very noticeable. And yes I low-key want to cosplay Saitama at some point:lul:

These days I do strength training 4 times a week, 10-12k run on the weekends and I usually leave evenings to do some stretching before I read some manga and fall asleep. I've been following this routine for a year and a half now, planning to continue as far as I can without overexerting myself.

If anyone's reading this and wondering if they should do it - the answer is always yes, but with caveats. Your condition might be preventing you from doing anything big, but as long as you're consistent in what you do you'll see progress either way. Man, writing this makes me feel like Goda from Mob Psycho :pepela:

Okay, serious answer :

How fit i am ? I'm not : 1 m 75 cm, 92 Kg. Also, please have a stroke dear americans because fuck your shitty freedom units.

And again, fuck freedom units.

Ain't our fault that's what the education system taught us. Everything's propaganda to an extent, regardless if you agree or not.

I should probably try to quit smoking again, but that easier said than done when everyone around you is also a smoker.

Change is hard when the environment doesn't reinforce it. So yeah you can make changes easier if you change the people around you. Will you probably end up alone because everyone has their vices? Results may vary
