Slow jog to the grocery store carrying back almost 40 USD of food and cleaning supplies. around 5 on each hand, rest in backpack.

Interchanging legs for me during the "single leg rdl" rep. Then I once again jogged slowly to get food to walk home with.

  • Shrugs
  • Planche Lean
  • L Sit (10 seconds for last set)
  • Frog stand

- Tuck planche
