Well, every terrain has its own way of running and the trademill is always equally soft, changing the inclination can only do so much. Besides, just because you can run comfortably for half an hour in the gym doesn't mean you'll get the same outside, and I suppose you did so for at least two hours. This seems like the cute mistake I'd expect from my favourite gym manga series.Just ran 24km the other day. Bad idea after running for only 6 weeks. Apparently you can be absolute dog shit at running even if you do an assload of cardio and weightlifting at the gym. It felt super weird to see my heart rate hovering around only 100 near the end of the run yet I couldn't even lift my legs up, and no amount of energy/food/drink would help me move.
Use a leotard then, or that kind of tight shorts people use for running.Also some funny shit that happened: I rolled my gym shorts off while using the foam roll and my dick just plopped out. Luckily I was at home. That would have been a big problem in a public gym.

I'm at fatass too, I think it'll work better slowly doing itI'm a lazy fat fuck that should hit the gym. Any suggestions on building routines/exercises to work on to actually get into working out?
