i go to a TKD class 2x a week, and i'm currently doing an intro to self-defence class for my semester elective, so i get a good hour-ish (sometimes 2) of exercise per weekday

15 gym sessions during weekdays, and I do until both my shirt and underwear are soaked each session. I really should tone it down a bit. Touch grass on weekends (6-9km of jogging/hill trekking since I live in a rather hilly area).

A little over 9 miles of walking today with a backpack on. I'm gonna feel it when I wake up later.

Back at this again, though 8ish miles, and then cleaning tomorrow. Note anything I do these extended walks, they're typically cut in half. One way a lot of miles, than back the opposite way (sometimes in a slightly different direction) back. Tend to carry a somewhat heavy backpack.

Did a stability ball workout. Swapped the dumbbells for the kettlebell and changed that part of the workout a bit:

Did sprints on the way to grocery shop, and then walked home.

My fitness routine is meth, which you might think is a joke but is technically true. My ADHD medication contains Amphetamines, so I just lose weight without trying too hard. Fortunately it DOES NOT have the negative side effects of real meth.

I come home once every two weeks, so I rarely go to the gym nowadays. Recently I've been trying to improve my flexibility. If I can't train my muscles, at least I should train my joints.
My hamstrings needs some serious work. I've been trying to improve my single leg squat too.
