As I thought, the revenger had escaped fearing for his daughter future, likely the shelter forces marriages or...was planning on making them birth no stop to ensure humanity survival.
Is even possible that he feared she being raped by another survivor when not around and the shelter is actually normal, just full of despeardos, and a young girl would be a easy target for crades guys.
Ad the revenger wife was fine I don't think they were forced to give birth, that was just me going for the worst case scenario.
