It's horny Konosuba, nobody here has their head on straight and the story pace is moving from drama to drama at breakneck pace. The dialogue has hints of interesting ideas but falls flat. The sex scenes are vanilla and censored so there's really not much to enjoy here unless the idea of Mommy Elf x Shota is your favorite thing.
Probably just not for me - this manga felt pointless, but the art quality was nice. I'd have enjoyed it more if it just focused on the interesting lust magic or the relationship rather than this insane suffer-core drama plot.
