And female characters in Japanese media who react flustered to men undressing and getting shirtless are usually doing so because there's typically an element of attraction involved between the characters (regardless of how handsome the characters are), like I can't really think of any instance of Japanese media where the flustered character isn't implied to be attracted.

You're linking to instances that have been added to the fan wiki to simply provide a large number of examples, which is something TV Tropes has always suffered from. And even so, you don't give examples directly. The tropes you mentioned literally refer to either the more general cases of a character being naked for no reason, or of an attractive male character getting a scene without tops of his clothes. And please, there is no need to come up with additional conditions in advance to artificially limit me. I already gave you the example of Blue Box long before Chinatsu started seeing the MC as a guy. But you ignored it. Okay, this debate is going nowhere, I'll just end it. I’m not going to waste endless time arguing for the sake of arguing when no one is even trying to listen to me.
