I believe you missed his point. Most Isekais tend to romanticizing slavery as "it's a good practice as long as the owner is kind" which is cringe. As much as I hate how spineless Taiki was (he isn't now) this is one of the few Isekais that out right reject the idea of slavery on the get go, which is commendable, really.you really expect someone who's not the mc from another world to be good with the slaves?
Except he didn't, he attacked the subordinates just following orders (not the slaves, but still, the wage-slaves).- I might guess, this is typical of modern Japanese values or ideals. Attempt to find a relatively peaceful solution first.
It didn't seem like the mage was a slave though, so even without orderes she would've continued. Especially if she was as devout as the Captain. She was the one actually directly controlling the soldiers like puppets, not just verbally. The Elf was the one who noticed and even called them mindless. Taking out the mage by whatever means would've halted their activities, like you wanted. Cutting off the head of a snake like the Captain works well for disrupting command in an open field, but when something is already in your face, better to deal with the clear and present threatening action first.Except he didn't, he attacked the subordinates just following orders (not the slaves, but still, the wage-slaves).
The one actually attacking was the captain, and had he shut him down quickly the rest would have had no further orders to attack and could back down.
well i need to tell you i'm not good at realizing something is sarcasm when someone just writes it down on a comment so i'm sorry for missing your point. But one thing is that i always wish for an isekai plot to be about this about freeing slaves from their bad masters or at least give slaves a better life as slaves and anytime this manga gets updated i get reminded an isekai manga like that exists and im happyI believe you missed his point. If he just outright kills them they will just have a very strong reason to just launch a whole crusade against the castle in the sky and not even the king will be able to stop. Also, it seems like they did this without asking the king and if they fail it could back fire on themI were wondering why mc just stood there and let him keep on escalating things, instead of striking him down. mc had no qualms attacking his subordinates after all.
Don't you know how hot it can get conducting magic energy through that many not!Golems? The mages are wearing string bikini tops
Technically, all religions are cults. The closest thing to a difference is that the term 'cult' is something of a pejorative, so we don't use it for the more publicly acceptable ones. Even then it's fuzzy at best.honestly if your religion calls itself a cult, kind of a huge red flag
