The English translation of the title is:
"A Genius Alchemist Travels Freely ~The world's greatest former court alchemist awakens in a world 500 years in the future, and is treated like a saint for her potion-making skills~"
It's probably not the mangaka so much as it's the publishers. If one publisher finds a hit using a unique plot, all the other publishers will be pushing their stable of mangaka to create something similar. It's why the plots seem to come in waves... a wave of "I was reincarnated into a video game I was playing", followed by a wave of "I was reincarnated into a video game I was #1 in", followed by a wave of "I was reincarnated into a video game I was playing but I'm not the protagonist" and its subset: "I was reincarnated into a video game I was playing, but I'm the villain destined for execution", etc.
