Not saying she shouldn't wait another 10 to 15 years before she gets married, but the supposed tanned prince is only 11 years older then her. So that makes him barely 15 himself. Even so, 11 years is not all that insurmountable a hill to climb in marriage partners.

As for Epstein, he was so much more then just a pedophile. He was a serial rapist, and human trafficker. It just feels like you are trivializing Epstein's crimes by comparing him to a kid who has barely a teenager himself.

The idea is that the system in place says “your best bet is to get them young” so much so that it is seen as viable political consideration from the outset. Every leader is going to be pushed with that same idea of “See talent? Scoop it up!” thus there is not trivialization here. I was making a joke but now with the consideration let’s look. Is she really 4 years old?

Tanned Teen is most likely Royalty of some sort. It has been well documented that things at that stratosphere of influence (even in the modern times) are twisted beyond the "common sense" of a "normal person". So people trying to apply their own standards, while expected, is wholly incompatible with the circumstances.

MC being a normal 30-something before reincarnation would also most likely get this whiplash too once she realizes THAT aspect which circle her existence. However, that is up for the MC and Author-san to build on, not for readers to comment on. Not that I would fault them on doing so tho? After all, you can only expect water to keep on flowing if a slope goes downhill right?

Kinda weird that peeps would associate tanned teen with an absolute creep like Epstein tho, ngl.

A wholly competent beyond her years MC... It isn't beyond the realm of the usual settings of this medium nor is it completely removed from actual reality on the presumed historical equivalency to real life. After al, childhood back then was very short and the needed maturity for someone to have is expected a lot sooner than the current era's "18 years old" threshold.

It is still really early however and this is reflected by the reactions and actions of those around the MC.
