might be diff for everyone, even a couple short shifts at her part time cafe or whatever , i can imagine 2 hours of work could still be pretty draining (esp if you don't make time to build your stamina at the gym/stay young/etc) if it's a busy day running around getting orders to customers but some times you can see someone 'retired' having more 'energy' than some 17 year old cramming to get ready for college but mental strain is also an issue in japan i imagine
