Innocent yes, unrelated no. She was mad at the girls because they were his reason for retiring. As for the property damage, I would assume she had to pay for damages, but with her rank she probably had the funds no problem. But that is also not really related to fitting in with main cast.
Overall she is just not a good example of what you were bringing up.

that's a bit odd b/c other than stolen translations, plenty of ppl openly admit to using mtl in hopes that a proper group takes over

and there's also Chiilock's 'slang'/meme translations lol but hope someone can pick it up again
