Just going to say that the art on Page 3 isn't how it's actually is.

If a woman becomes that thin because of not eating properly, she wouldn't have that big boobs, when her other body parts are so thin (they would practically either become completely flat or like deflated balloons).

Because Boobs are basically fat, so it's one of the first area that a weak body would absorb in order to try to keep the body healthy.

Have to remember that, in such a condition the Human body performs Self-cannibalism, as it turn to eating itself from the inside to to keep the body alive somehow, which is also kind-off contradictory.
