Summary from my memory:

MC is a japanese highschooler, parents are dead, got locked up in his own room by his syster who is an absolute depraved psychopath with absolute no empathy yandere and raped him for years until he was able to run away and got run over by a car in the escape attempt.

He got isekaied and the goddess said his syster has also already been isekaied to the same world as well....FUCK!

So he is baby now and spends months / a couple years as a todler at his new home training his new magic powers. Turns out the Maid that has been so nice to him all this time wants to kidnapp him and brings him to a hut it in the woods. Turns out she is the reincarnated syster who has been there now for many years already waiting for her brother. She is planning to lock him up and rape him again for eternity in that hut just like she did in japan.

So with his aquired magic powers he attacks her and starts a death battle with her and manages to kill her...Thank God!...Nevermind fuck that Goddess!

He gets older, becomes an adventurer and does a bunch of quests.

Then he goes to some elite school which has a test tournament for nobles which he was able to participate thanks to his high adventurer rank which he aquired. In the tournament of course he dominates preety much everyone. While the tournament is ongoing a black cloacked figure is giggling like a maniac praising the MC for being so strong. She looks like she is some kind of black evil ghost but maybe that was just to hide her. Which implies his syster is back...AGAIN!

Damn...why did I wait 2 years for a new chapter only to then hear it got axed...the world is really cruel.

For anyone who still wants to continue the Web Novel exists, it was 2 years ago at approximately the same chapter like the manga. So in 2 years there should be a lot of Novel chapters now available to read but I am not sure what the current state is.
