To be fair, it's kinda understandable. Nazuna and MC knew each other and have a history together; she committed suicide because of his remarks, only to end up in this hellhole, where they reunited and he went to seemingly extreme lengths to save and protect her, while swearing to do everything in his power to make up for his previous actions.

And now he's completely ignoring her and getting excited over a couple of younger girls.

While I can understand that, I think the more realistic course of action would be for her to try and hurt him in some way instead of falling into the jealous tsundere role

That being said, she does have a point, wasn't the deal that she had to beat the captain within a week? Don't see how she's going to do that without training.

Also, wouldn't having a fighter be left over be contradictory to the rule that "fighters must participate in teams of two"? In that case, shouldn't the remainder be exempt?

Yeah honestly I don't blame Nazuna for being jealous since Kyle is slacking alot on teaching her compared to the JK trio he only recently just met. Though I am surprised she merely chose to insert her into the training instead of anything destructive. I would give her props and say she's acting her age, but i still have my doubts that this is all we'll see of her jealousy.

Also it seems like a plan to cause discord has conveniently come in good timing, but like others have speculated, Kyle is probably going solo if he's allowed to.
In which case might be interesting to see considering if the trial will end up being a tag team tournament.
