I really don't like how the story just jumps around without proper pacing and conclusion. His academy life, forgotten, supposedly he's developing a city, but then it looks like that is going to be put on the sidelines as well. His fiancees, forgotten. His sister, forgotten. His family, forgotten. Like why even bother introducing those characters. Why even bother getting him engaged. What's with this author I swear. It's not my story but I really hate how they neglect their own characters like this. I'm really losing respect with each passing chapter.

It always trips me up that the evil god is named "Aaron". Like just a regular, boring, run of the mill western name. I'm sure it sounds all unique and mysterious to the Japanese ear, but it's weird and off-putting to an English speaker.

Like now I expect another manga that's all "Behold the god-hero of our kingdom: Mitch!"
