For that one, I would say it was not really your "fault" so much as just a bit ambiguous (but still context gives enough I would assume it was meant to mean everything in the notebook is gone?). The issue is that it was alongside the mangaka actually drawing a used notebook.
(edit: checked your edit now, this current version [it currently says "the notebook is everything to me" instead of anything actually being gone] makes much more sense with the context. Assuming it still exists and that the mangaka didn't oopsie when they drew it still existing.)
