Seems a bit confusing with Doujinshi tag given I frequently see things like Twitter posts, pixiv posts, and similar such things not have the tag and only ever see it on derivative works and/or hentai.
As for suggestive tag, it was more about the possibility it may need it given the bit at the end of chapter 2 made it seem like it could turn into a more perverted comedy.
