Pg.12 "They find it difficult on how to talk to you" is a prepositional error, "on" shouldn't be used like this. A very natural-sounding localization in this conversation would be
"they're not sure how to talk to you", but that doesn't convey that it's something they're struggling with.
Alternative suggestion if you have enough space:
"They have a hard time figuring out how to talk to you"
Or if you want to use less space :
"They struggle with how to talk to you"
This last one doesn't sound very natural, but it conveys the full extent of it
