So this is an adaptation of a R18 WN that have 7 Arcs and 160 chapters and still ongoing, there is 21 chapters translated to english (NU doesn't list all of them tho, technically there is more, but group paylock them)

Though just from some looks, both start out pretty different, since manga just do a flashback of his reincarnation and part of his childhood and doesn't explain anything unlike the WN that start and go along with it, so who knows how this adaptation gonna go

He only reincarnated once which the manga show as a quick flashback, but manga glossed over basically all backstory and started pretty deep into the story, around chapter 96 or WN Arc 5, so if anyone even wanna read what they skipped, gotta go read the WN, though the translation isn't quite there yet
