Hey, stupid question but is it possible the school nurse is Yako? Not that I'm saying a school nurse could invent that kind of virus, but I bet it'd be easy for a doctor to get a job as a school nurse. Also, is it possible Yako is trans too and isn't actually spreading the virus for chaos?

I'm not sure Katsurako-sensei knows about Hina working in a cafe. Also I feel like if anyone we already know, Yako would be Kyousuke. Just because we never seen his face. Or someone entirely new to the story. Also Katsurako-sensei was kind of surprised when she saw Goriyama turning so I doubt she would be Yako. (Other than the fact, Yako is talking like a man)
