She seems to care more that Hinata hide it from her, she probably realized it back in the culture festival, but was in denial because she believed Hinata would never lie to her.

There's also the whole deal that she started developing feelings for Hinata when she was a little kid and back then she thought Hinata was already a girl, a lot of complicated stuff is going on her mind.
